Terms
These terms apply to the current early-stage AI Travel Agent website. They are intentionally written for the present informational beta and will be expanded before live transactional features are launched.
1. Beta status
AI Travel Agent is currently an early-stage product concept and integration-evaluation service. The current website is primarily informational and does not itself constitute a live travel booking service.
2. No travel supplier relationship at this stage
Unless clearly stated otherwise for a future live booking flow, AI Travel Agent does not operate tours, transport, accommodation or other travel services. Travel products displayed or discussed in future versions may be provided by independent third-party suppliers or marketplaces.
3. Third-party bookings
Where the service later provides links or integrations to third-party travel products, the actual booking may be made with the named supplier, marketplace or booking platform. Their prices, availability, cancellation rules, refund rules and other booking conditions will apply to that transaction.
4. Accuracy and availability
We aim to present useful and current information, but beta content may be incomplete or change without notice. For any future transaction, price, availability, dates, inclusions, meeting points and cancellation conditions should be confirmed from the live supplier or marketplace data shown immediately before booking.
5. AI-generated assistance
AI-generated recommendations are intended to help users discover and compare options. They are not a guarantee that a particular trip, route, activity or third-party service is suitable for every user. Important transaction details should be confirmed in the booking flow.
6. Payments
The current beta website does not take customer payments. If production booking features are introduced, payment processing and the identity of the merchant or booking provider will be disclosed clearly before the user confirms a transaction.
7. User responsibilities
Users are responsible for providing accurate booking information and for checking travel requirements that apply to them, including passports, visas, insurance, health requirements, age restrictions and local rules where relevant.
8. Intellectual property
The AI Travel Agent name, site design, original text and product concept materials on this website may not be copied or republished for commercial use without permission. Third-party names, trademarks and content remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Limitation for the beta website
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the current informational beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
