Privacy & data

Privacy Policy

This policy explains the limited data handling of the current AI Travel Agent beta website and how we intend to approach privacy as booking features are developed.

1. Who we are

AI Travel Agent is an independent early-stage travel technology project based in the Czech Republic / EU. For privacy questions, contact privacy@pojede.com.

2. Current website status

The current website is an informational beta and integration-evaluation page. It does not currently provide user accounts, take payments, or complete travel bookings directly on this website.

3. Information we may process

At this stage, we may process limited technical information that is normally generated when a website is visited, such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and security/server logs. If you contact us by email, we will also process the information you choose to send us.

4. Why we process information

  • to operate, secure and troubleshoot the website;
  • to respond to integration, supplier or business enquiries;
  • to evaluate and improve the beta product;
  • to comply with applicable legal obligations.

5. Cookies and analytics

The current static beta site is not designed to require advertising cookies or user-account cookies. If analytics, advertising, booking functionality or other tracking technologies are added later, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before those features are used.

6. Third-party travel services

Future versions may connect to third-party marketplaces, booking platforms, suppliers and other travel services. When a user chooses to continue to a third-party service, that provider may process personal data under its own privacy policy and terms. We will describe the relevant data flow before enabling production booking features.

7. Payments

The current beta site does not collect or store payment-card details. Our intended architecture is to use approved third-party booking/payment flows rather than storing card data ourselves.

8. Data retention and security

We aim to keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including security, support and legal requirements. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures appropriate to an early-stage web service.

9. Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and data portability, subject to the conditions and exceptions in applicable law. Requests can be sent to privacy@pojede.com.

10. Changes to this policy

This policy will be updated as the product moves from an informational beta to live search, booking or account features. The current version is dated 20 August 2026.
